Xi'an City Wall

Today we went to see Xi'an City Wall, basically many of the larger cities in China have a city wall that was used to protect the city and ruling Dynasty.  The ruling Dynasty will depict the style of the buildings, the Ming Dynasty ruled in Xi'an, therefore there were green, blue and yellow colors on the architecture.  The wall perimeter is 8 miles and formed a gigantic rectangle around the downtown otherwise know as old Xi'an.

There were bicycles to rent, so Scott and Abbe took off and heading around the wall, while Lottie and I enjoyed some one on one bonding time together.  The weather has been beautiful, sunny in the mid 60's- to low 70's. So it is perfect spring weather.
